    I just restored a 21ft 1990 crest pontoon it has a manual transom looks like a box with a 3ft hadle comeing off of it to raise and lower it problem is it has five adjustments and the first two holes the bottom of the wood the motor is on is out of the water like it should be if i try to adjust...

    ? Primer solenoid lever spins 360 degrees ?

    Im new to outboards always had a sterdrive just got a 1992 28hp johnson model #J28ESLENE and whould like to know if he Primer solenoid lever [the red lever] should spin 360 degrees or should therebe a stoping piont?
