    Primer bulb doesn't soften...ever

    I have a '94 sport jet 90. These are notoriously hard to start, but the solution is to put a primer bulb in to prime the engine which it has. Here's the issue, the primer bulb stays rock hard and never softens up for the next start, which means I have to manually spray some fuel into the carbs...

    Carb Valve won't stay open

    Hi I'm having issues with my 1988 Merc 3.0 carb..I think that the carb valve (butterfly valve?) is not staying open. I'm using a quicksilver Throttle control, and I think that it's missing a link to the Carb to hold it open so it doesn't choke it out. What is this piece called? I'm not a...
