Motor will turn but only with a Monkey Wrench. Some spots on are smooth however it seems to get stuck while turning the emergency fly wheel. The motor might have hit an obstruction and it was run hot. Fortunately we were able to unfreeze the cylinders, we took the heads off and they are OK...
