    1989 200 hp evenrude xp starting

    I have a V6 200hp Evinrude that takes forever to cold start at the dock. sometimes i have to remove the plugs an wipe them off then replace them then it fires right away. It smokes alot initially and clears out. Once it gets going however and warms up, it runs fine. I have had a new vro unit...
