Just wondering if anyone could help me out with some ideas. My engine was only running at 3000 wot, new plugs, timing adjusted (it was retarded by 4 deg.)which smoothed out the idle. Compression was ok, sprayed some carb cleaner and it bumped it up to 4000 wot. I noticed the top carb leaking...
