    Help!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have a 94 charger. The problem is that I can't get the boat over45 MPH. I have a 26 pitch on it 4 blade no Jake plate. I'm running 53 to 54 rpm. I can NOT get any lift on the boat. Any help would be great. Thanks
