I finally got my 93 E115TLETS to start. When i put it on my boat last week I used the old controls and wiring from my 82 evinrude 115.
It will not start with the 1 pin black/yellow off the powerpack connected. It will start with it unplugged, but the key will not shut off the motor...nothing...
