    does anybody know what difference a 82 style fuel pump on a '78 115 might make? also is there any correlation between johnson jet sizes( 54c for example) and orifice diameter (54c=.054)? this one is not fuel related but are resistor wires for the plugs ok? napa says sure boat dealer is along...

    I don't know what year my carburetors are but I do know they are either 80, 81 or 82. engine is '78 115 johnson. do I use jets for an 80 81 or 82? thanks

    115 johnson model# on tilt/trim 115ml79r model# on welch plug 115ml78o. so some is 78 some is 79. what I need is to rejet my carbs and the carbs are somewhere between 80-82?     i have a johnson 115 1979 that i think the fuel pump is on upside down. what kind of problems if any are there with leaving it this way?
