    water pump 25 merc

    i changed all seal on lower unit reinstaled unit and water will not pee .i put the water pipe in first and still pissing from lower unit base at shift shaft. ive taken it off 4 times and no sucsess.please help/

    hi im working on my 25hp merc (2001)i just changed all the seals and put the the lower unit on .put the ear muffs on ran water and its not coming out the p hole its poring out wher the shift shaft goes out of the lower unit at the base of the lower unit.i changed all the gaskets for the water...
