    I have an 89 trophy 23' cuddy cabin walk around and someone posed the prospect of converting to a diesel inboard. Anyone have an idea how much that retro fit would run in materials and effort, not including the engine and stern drive?

    Fuel recirc issue

    I recently rebuilt the twin engines 125 hp Forces. I keep blowing out gaskets on the side covers including the 3 and 4th cylinder. I did check the check valves on the fuel recirc systems when I rebuilt the engines and they were ok. Could it be a torque issue? The covers aren't tight enough...

    I took apart my port (Force 125) engine and discovered a broken crank seal. I ordered a new one and plan on putting it on. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed without breaking it while trying to install it?

    Replacing the piston on a 125 HP

    What's the best advice for replacing the piston. I ordered the standard piston and pin. I don't own the piston tool set. Would it be best to take it to the boat repair shop or a local machine shop to have the piston pin removed from the old one and the new one installed?
