    Yamaha water inlet grates

    Anyone know where I can get a set of the plastic water inlet grates for the lower unit on a 92 Yamaha stern drive? I'm wondering if these things are "universal", eg as long as the fill the hole and can put a screw though it

    Yamaha trailer switch not working

    Does the trailer trim switch connection go all the way up to the shifter control or does it "splice" into the harness at the engine/transom? 1992 Yamaha 5.7

    Finally!! Mercruiser manifolds on a Yamaha 5.0/5.7 stern drive.

    Took me some re-engineering and a LOT of patient but I finally got it. Took it to the water yesterday and it worked great. At least I didn't have to re-engineer my mounting brackets. Well except the fuel filter bracket but it just involved drilling another hole. The pic is during final assembly...
