    4.3gl 1999 ran out of gas

    :confused:New to I/O, HAVE 1999 MONTEREY 180 W/4.3GL VOLVO PENTA 2BBL GAS JUST BOUGHT IT.. WAS OUT FISHING AND HEADED BACK TO DOCK WHEN IT DIED..GAUGE READ 1/4 TANK....HAVE SINCE FIXED FUEL GAUGE ISSUE.. PROBLEM NOW IT WON'T START..... PUT 12 GALLONS OF GAS IN AND MY BUDDY BURNT UP THE STARTER...
