    Anybody ever put a transom on a winner bass boat? Was wondering if i need to cut the transom right at the splashwell or the whole outside back gel coat. Another words is the transom the width of the splashwell or the width of the boat?

    My 150 black max smokes worse than a chimney! Ive been using 50:1 ratio with quicksilver 2stroke oil. I have had other outboards that dont smoke an 1/8 of what this one does.     82 mercury 150. Black max is not spitting water out of the pee hole at idle

    At idle it doesnt put water out of the pee hole and above idle its very weak. I just put a new impeller kit in it and its even weaker than the old one. Any suggestions?
