    89 125 force relief valve help?

    Earlier I posted a question about where the valve was, next to the left bottom of the exhaust plate, I have a 1" hole there with a factory plug and no drilled cover screws is this a fluk or did they do away with it. what does the valve actually do?

    where is the pressure relief valve? the break down of the motor shows it in front of the exhaust port. I quess I am blind?

    1989 force 125 overheating

    When I first purchased this motor new, I noticed the force of the water out of the two holes was not much more than 4". My brother-in-law had a 88 model and his went way past the prop. I don't think it overheated for the first two years. then it over headed the 3rd year and had the empellor...
