I have just purchased a 2001 Mastercraft X star. It has hard tanks in the stern and a bag in the center. The pumps are running but I can not get water to pump in. I have turned the valves in the back to open. i have tried it sitting still, slowly backing and slowly moving forward. Any ideas ...
