    Started I/O with motor part way out of water

    Yesterday was a beautiful day to go on the Ohio in Louisville, but I didn't have my head on straight. I backed the boat in and lowered the trim, but for some reason not enough. I started her up and ran it for about 30-60 seconds before I realized it while I was trying to back her in the water...

    125 HP Volvo Penta I/O stalls/hesitates when accelerating

    This engine is a 1984 and it runs well. It is on a 19 ft 1984 Bayliner Capri Cuddy 1950C. The RPM's are above 4000, sometimes near 5500, so I don't think this is the problem. I have thought about getting the carb rebuilt, but didn't know if this would help. I haven't used the boat for skiing...
