Hey all,<br />I have a 89 Force 125, L-drive in a Capri. Recently The motor has been turning over slower and slower. Now it won't start. It will turn at about 1 rev every 4 seconds with a chugging motion. Battery's fine, cable's fine. <br />Any ideas, is this what happens when a starter goes...
