I recently bought a 1996 15hp mercury force outboard. The previous owner said he was trying to replace one of the coils(no spark in one cylinder), and managed to break the flywheel. I found a used matching flywheel and installed it. Now when i go to pull start i can hear the flywheel rubbing on...
