    OMC Seadrive 2200 rpm limit

    Help my 1.6 liter seadrive will not go over 2200 rpms,but will start an idle 600 rpms like a champ.im thinking timing is off lots of new parts<br />flushed fuel system tank new gas filters.i can<br />advance timing by hand and get to 2700 rpms <br />but that is all.any place to start looking...
