    Volvo penta 3.0 hesitant to accelerate

    New boater here. I have a 2002 Glastron 175SX with Volvo Penta 3.0. No prob with starting and idling. But, it consistently has been hesitant to accelerate for 2-3 seconds then it eventually goes. What could be the issue/s? Spark plugs replacement, carburetor adjustment, or fuel filter...
