    1995 225 Johnson-Motor kicks up in reverse-Tilt problem?

    Motor kicks up in reverse and slams back down on the transom. Any ideas? Did not hit anything and my buddy who I let take her out said he didn't either! LOL! 27'-1995-Proline twin/CC. Thanks, Bill:confused:

    Release valve screw frozen on 1995/225 Johnson Ocean Runner?

    Any ideas on how to unfreeze the release screw on the tilt/trim motor? Trying not to stripout the slotted head on the screw. Used penetrating oil and no luck. Also does it need to be bled just to change out the motor? Thanks, Bill

    1995 Johnson 225 Ocean Pro-Steady "clicking" noise from alarm panel?

    '97-225V6 Johnson's. I have a steady clicking sound coming from the alarm speakers on the panel. It stops when I switch off the affected motor. Sound is like a solenoid clicking. Oil Tanks are full and no overheat problems. Any ideas? Thanks. Bill
