    Put my Victoria in the water yesterday. She ran well and everthing seemed to function as it should. She has a 260 mercruiser. I was able to get about 25 mph at about 4200 RPM. Does this seem about right for this boat? It was windy and pretty rough; She cut through it very well. ​
