My '96 Suzuki 25 horse started blowing raw gas and oil out the main exhaust port, and the lower spark plug came loose and was leaking fuel-oil around it. Suspected stuck bowl float or reed-valve trouble and tried running it with rabbit ears and water hose, then water pump quit. What's going on...
