i have a 71- 60 hp evinrude when cold starts up then runs a few minutes then stalls out other times 15-20 seconds then stalls out, so far i replaced the recterfire all new gas lines rebuilt carbs, clipper was bad its gone, could this be a short some were, or the coil or cdi unit.also new tank...
