I just picked up a 15ft Yaro tri-hull with a 65hp Mercury 650 I believe it's a 1972, our first boat . Pulled the carbs dunked them for 24 hrs and blew out all needles and passages, fresh fuel/oil, changed the lower unit oil. PO changed impeller not long before I bought it, looks new and gasket...
