    1994 150hp evinrude oil pump?

    My 1994 150hp evinrude smokes really bad at start up. The problem seems to be fine at cruising speed and not near as bad after it warms up.     1988 48hp evinrude { lower cyclinder}

    My son has a 1988 48hp evinrude, the bottom cylinder doesn't fire, I sujested that he switch ingnition coils to see if one is bad, but he had the same results, no fire on the bottom.
