1994 Crownline 182 project boat.... steering cable is all but seized. I have it unfastened at both ends, but cannot fish it out of the "chase" that it is in.
Both sides of the boat have a carpeted C-channel, with the open face of the C to the outboard side. Inside run electronics steering...
