    89 Johnson 110 keeps losing power

    My 89 Jhonson 110 keeps loosing power at wot or sometimes when trying to get on plane seems like it's starving for fuel but when I pump the primer nothing changes sometimes I can cut it off and back on again and it is fine.     89 johnson vro 110 alarm sounding

    My jhonson's warning alarm starts going off if I set still idling for a few min or if I move to slow coming in and out from the dock and it's repeatedly back to back if I cut it off and restart and take right off it doesn't happen what's my issue?
