    Gas tank vent overflows at 3/4 full.

    I have a 104 gallon tank on my boat and can only get it to accept about 65 gallons before fuel comes shooting out the vent. I've tried to slow down the delivery of fuel with no luck. Any ideas on why this is happening?

    fuel gauge

    The fuel guage on my 105 gallon tank doesn't work. When I bought the boat, the gauge worked if there was almost a full tank, and would then drop off rapidly to 0 once 15 to 20 gallons was used. <br /><br />Any ideas on how to fix this? Is it something a fairly capable person can do themselves?
