    2007 merc 40hp 4stroke efi bogs and RPM will not go over 2000

    Hi all, I have a 2007 mercury 40hp 4stroke efi the bogs down, RPM will not go over 2k. Also I hear it beeps evry now and then. Where do I start to diagnose?
