    I'm confused 59 Gale sea king 35hp

    I'm trying to start this it hasent ran in years. It has good compression in both holes. The electric start needs to be rebuilt. So I'm trying to start it with the pull rope.     What oil weight?

    I see it clearly says SAE 30 on the engine cover for warm weather. But shouldn't it be 10w30. Not just strait 30 weight. I've only used strait 30 in a lawn mower

    Oh crap, I removed the wrong screw

    I was going to change the oil in the lower unit of my 59 sea king 35hp electric start. I removed the Philip head in stead of the flat head. So it looks like I might have to remove the lower unit to fix this. Unless someone knows a trick
