I have a 2016 Tohatsu 6hp outboard MFS 6B. Nearly brand new, just a couple of months old. The starter rope will not retract. I pulled it out a little bit to see if that would trip something to cause it to retract, but no luck. Tried again, still no luck. Now the rope is hanging loose all the way...
