My dad is giving me an old 12 ft Gregor. The wood on the transom has dry rot and I would like to repair it. Because of the way the it fits in the hull and the brace welded to the floor I don't see any easy way to do the job. Maybe if I installed the new wood in more than one piece I could do it...
