Hi, I have a 1996 15 hp mercury 2 stroke that starts well only with new lower plug.
Compression has been checked. Upper plug is dry and light tan on insulator.
Just changed:
Remote tank, Fuel hose, Fuel filter assembly, and new correct plugs
