    Transom conversion

    I own a Picton Mardi Gras 23ft sports boat. I want to convert from the inboard/sterndrive set up to an outboard.Has anyone undertaken this coversion. I have also heard there is an after market bolt on bracket to under take such a conversion. Thanks
