    Random High Idle when pulling into neutral

    We have a 98 Sea Ray 210br with a merc 5.7efi tbi and it will SOMETIMES high idle at 1000 rpm when pulling it out of gear! Revving up in neutral and pulling back to Neutral doesn't fix it, shutting the engine down and immediately restarting w/o touching anything brings the idle back to normal...
