I have a 1984 Hydra Sports bass boat. It is 19'3" long. I think the model is HSX (not sure though). Does anyone out there have this model boat. The reason I ask is mine does not have the coast guard placard with the capacity on it. Hydra Sport and the coast guard are no help, Hydra Sports...
