    1 cylinder not firing 1998 Evinrude 200

    Compression good, carbs rebuilt, 150 original hrs. Using a spark tester, I found the center cylinder, port side had a weak intermittant spark. Result was loss of RPM at mid to wide open throttle. I replaced the coil and since that did not fix it, I replaced the power pack. That didn't fix it...
