    Rev limiter need more pitch?

    Tighten tiller steering

    1993 Evinrude Commercial 55 steering is dangerously loose. There is a long bolt that looks like the tension bolt, but it will not turn either way. How do I tighten the steering? Driving this motor is a workout. Thx
