    I have a 1987 suzuki 115 hp i can,t raise the motor manual . there is no hydrlic fluid in the system and the motor still won,t raise all the way up .plus ther is a problem with the electric part of the system to . it is tottaly dead when you try to lower the motor or raise it by the switch on...

    MY 1989 115hp starts to break up at 2000 rpm and the rev limter light comes on .when you rev the motor in netural it is fine.
