    No Forward No Reverse

    Hello I have a 1985 3.0 140Hp merc with a alpha drive.<br />Just replaced impellar and put back together. Now when I go into reverse or forward the motor dies.<br />I installed the lower unit the correct way(put it in forward at the throttle and forward at the shifter in the lower unit) twice...
