    Outdrive tight after steering pin and lower bushings replaced

    Alpha 1 gen 1 outdrive. I rebuilt my outdrive. Replaced the steering pin( top bushing as well) torqued to spec. Replaced the lower bushings too. After putting it back together it seems a bit stiff. Clearance in he lower pin is correct. I can move it by hand but it seems a bit tight. Is this...

    Just about ready to start reinstalling trim tabs. I’ve epoxied up the old holes. Now it’s time to redrill and put things back. What’s the best way to seal the screws as I reinstall? Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Question….. what should be used on the threads of this fitting. In addition what is to be used on the fuel fill rubber line? I know about 2 hose clamps must be used on each end. Is there a sealant to be used? Any help would be appreciated.
