    Scuppers

    Does anyone have experiance with the ball type scupper? I am considering installing these on my 20' Chapparall cudy cabin. The current rubber flap type is allowing a lot of water intrusion and not bailing correctly. Any thoughts anyone?

    Jets for 1985 J140TXCO

    My carbs have jets with a 14 stamped on the Idle jets and 40 stamped on the intermediat jet. Does anyone know if this is the correct size jetting for that engine. Thanks.

    VRO Primer Bulb?

    My local dealer has sold me a standard 5/16 OMC fule line primer buld for replacing the VRO primer bulb. Will this work? Dealer says that what the book calls for. Seems fishey to me.

    recirculation lines '85 J140

    Can someone tell me? The recirculation lines run from the small hose barbs located on what I would call the rear of the case, correct? Should I be able to blow or move fluid freely through these lines? Is there a check valve somewhere in the case that only allows the flow to be one direction? I...

    Question for Dhadley - Part 2

    Dhadley' I have been having issues with my 1985 J140 similar to the one HOSS has been experiancing. I am beginninng to suspect a sticking timer base. My question is, how does one fix this issue. Is there a way to make the timer base move more freely or are we looking at a replacement.
