Hi guys,
I bought my first boat last month and finally got it out on the water. A 14 foot sunray with a 1980 merc 50hp.
The problem was it had no power. top speed was like 8 mph. I started checking it over and found the cylinder washed.
Checked compression on all cylinders and it seems good...
