Stored motor w/prop down over winter, now the trim/tilt motor runs but no up or down. To raise the motor the pressure release had to be turned when the motor gets about 3 quarters up,(ram OK?) but still nothing with the pressure release shut and resivoir full, so it would seem the ram is...
