I'm considering purchasing my first starter boat. It's a 1985 Citation 19ft bow rider. The engine is an OMC 2.5L. The outdrive on the boat is an OMC Sterndrive 800. From my reading, it's the 400 that is supposed to be paired with the 2.5L as it has smaller gears in the lower unit...
