Upon changing the impeller I noticed the gasket that connects the lower unit at the impeller housing up to the motor is cracked (Water Tube Seal?)- I pulled it off and is is a plastic tube with rubber gasket material inside. It is 1.75 inches long. I am looking...

My holder is cracked, I was able to take it off - when I looked at the part number on the existing holder it is 12596-C. That number brings me to a Mercury holder?? I am confused.
If I try and look it up I should have a Honda part #41200-ZW1-003

Looks like my branded Honda top mount control is actually an old Morse Teleflex SL-3. It is stuck in Neutral - I tried to fix it to no avail. Looking for suggestions on what to replace it with.
