    1995 Evinrude 130 hp shift rod tube corrosion. Is it serviceable?

    I have corrosion inside the shift rod tube (if that’s what is called). I sprayed water outside around what looks like seals/grommets and water was seeping inside the tube. Are those parts serviceable? The service manual and part diagrams has no information.

    1995 Evinrude 130hp Idle timing

    im currently doing a synchronization/linkage adjustment and im confused on how to set the "expansion link". I've done the previous steps (not using flush device); timing pointer, cam pickup, throttle plate, etc. the manual states to turn the the arm stop screw clockwise until it reaches 950 rpm...
