New to me 1991 Bass Tracker Pro 17 with 40 Evinrude. Boat was hard starting at first figured it just needed new gas and to be run. Got it running progressively smoother where it would idle but bog on wot. Not too much immediate issue most of my middle GA lakes are idle only. Took it out one...
