My 2007 Chaparral with 2014 Volvo Penta 5.7 starter clicks once with each turn of key, does not crank. I can feel the starter solenoid engaging but no crank. Starter is NEW, battery is fully charged. Old starter had the same issue as the new one but I was going to replace the starter anyway.
